Horrible place

Unprofessional! Miriam the DV classes instructor was very rude , very unprofessional. I was trying to log in to the zoom link and it was not letting me to log in. I politely texted the number she sent the link from, to ask her if there was any passwords. She just re sent the link again . So I requested to join. I was led in, immediately muted my mic . And some other person in the meeting was being disruptive with their background noises. I had an incoming call and I went ahead and pressed the ignore button , and it took me completely out of the meeting. I tried to log in again to the meeting and it said I was not able to log in. So I went ahead got out and redo the request and then it stated I was removed from the meeting completely by the host , Miriam . I had texted her to let her know the issue and she went to tell me I was being disruptive when I clearly did nothing wrong. The person with the unmuted mic was still in the meeting with their background noises , but I get led out of the meeting just because I simply ignored a call that made no absolute chaos or noises? To top it off we are talking about domestic violence right? Emotional and mental abuse, and using control of the situation was done here! How are these classes being taught if the wheel is being acted? Make it make sense. I can guarantee you that if I was given the opportunity to teach these classes, I would treat everyone with respect and understanding. Not use my power to over rule and control the situation into complete chaos. Domestic Violence Solutions, I am more than happy to work for you and set the example, lead by example and work with clients with care. No one should have felt how I just did , crying over the phone to the poor operator lady over an unprofessional situation from Miriam. Shame on you!
