Oh my god? I just called them and i was told that my DV situation wasnt DV. The lady who called me was rude and told me that i wasnt in immediate danger and that im just homeless. I told her about my abuser pushing me and my disabled mother. She gave me a homeless hotline number that is out of service?? I called and i got the automated message. I heard her sigh a few times while i told her everything thats been going on. Everytime i call this place i just get rudeness, im on the verge of tears after that call today. What kind of advocates are these?

Everyone isn't treated equally here adults including children. Natalie, Nancy, and Michelle (Staff)....myself and children were treated just awful and bullied constantly by two out of the three staff members. Just being myself minding my own business not bothering anyone offened these 3 females. I had 3 busy small children who played about in joy and happiness, and there were other children there that they would not say anything about no matter how outrageous and unsupervised they were without their parents. My children were supervised by me constantly. They would constantly harass me and my children even in front of other residents. There was a lady there with 6 or 7 children and did not always keep an eye out for them. Those children ran around all times of the night causing disturbances and these staff members I mentioned did not bat an eye towards them, they gave the mother so much support and her children. Others, like myself were treated disrespectfully for whatever reason. I thought I'd share my experiences. I was what they call "Exited" without reason or explanation. The head of Residence Assistance was Michelle when I was there with my 4 small children and pushed out the door by these 3 staff members. It's awful to go through a time in one's life such as domestic violence but what makes it even worse it when you are mistreated by those entrusted with those in grief. I had to say something and speak out! This maybe something that is done to a particular group of people more than others. I would very much like to share my experience with someone over these women, it was near impossible for me to get proper follow up after submitting multiple grievances. They pushed me out and bullied me and my 4 small children from ages 6 down to 11 months of age.
