So so SOOO rude! Could not answer questions and just kept repeating predetermined phrases, then got agitated, told -me- to calm down, them hung up. I called back to get someone else, whom I'm sure was in the same room, and just put me on hold without addressing me or even finishing their own sentence. After 2.5 minutes, I figured she wasn't coming back. We were also denied services because we were NOT transgender. I was obviously shocked at this response, and she again, repeated her memorized lines. Bizarre!

Jackie Simpson was SUPPOSED to “work for my daughter” in family court but she didn’t. Jackie worked for the other parent, the Father. Jackie’s questions to my daughter were always one sided. Jackie only listened to the Father’s narrative & asked my daughter questions based off HIS side. My daughter had a lot of changes going on and her Father stopped communicating with her. Instead of Jackie putting blame on the adult, she victim blamed and did anything to find issue with the child & woman. This kind of behavior from social workers & court personnel has become the norm. Jackie was cold, distant & direct with me. The first go round with Jackie I left her messages and she never called me back. She didn’t care to speak to me at all. Her favorite phrase is “I work for the child” but that’s not true. The second time around I texted her a few times about logistics, I hadn’t been assigned a PD yet & wasn’t sure if it was worth having my daughter talk to her if court wasn’t proceeding. I told her I wanted to get permission to s/w her as I’m sure she s/w the other side. She pressured to talk to my daughter which ultimately was NOT necessary. Court personnel were working behind the scenes without me & everything was orchestrated. She pressured my daughter to talk to her (even tho my daughter didn’t want to) knowing the legal personnel were conspiring & the case would be dismissed. It was dismissed. Jackie also lied & said she only s/w the Father about as much as me. A few months later I found the phone call in the Father’s phone. A personal phone call lasting 15 minutes & very friendly light hearted tones in text messages. Start doing your job correctly & working for THE CHILD. The woman hating thing is creepy & gross.

Monica the Receptionist did a horrible job she don’t try to assist or help she just instantly turned down did ask any question or even try to seek the problem horrible employee.
