About This Service
DeafHope is an organization dedicated to ending domestic and sexual violence in Deaf communities through empowerment, education, and services. They provide support services including peer counseling, support groups, systems advocacy, referral to DVSV legal services and shelter, and space to explore safety and healing options. DeafHope is committed to providing accessible support and empowerment to Deaf survivors of domestic and sexual violence. They offer comprehensive advocacy to Deaf survivors and their children, community awareness through outreach and education for violence prevention, and training and consultation for Deaf and hearing service providers on domestic and sexual violence.
