CrossRoads provides free, confidential services to child and adult survivors of sexual assault, abuse, and human trafficking in North Carolina. Through advocacy, trauma-informed therapy, forensic interviews, medical evaluations, crisis intervention, and community outreach, CrossRoads supports survivors on their journey toward healing. The organization also offers education and training to schools, healthcare providers, professionals, and community members to raise awareness and prevent abuse and exploitation. Established in 1976, CrossRoads is dedicated to promoting hope, healing, and empowerment through holistic care and systemic change.
