The staff are unpredictable and very rude. I really don't understand how some of the staff still even works there. There's one staff member in particular who makes me uncomfortable and makes others uncomfortable as well. When it's brought up, nothing is ever done about him and he continues to work there to this day. They don't listen to anything you have to say and will indirectly tell you that you're unreasonable and won't listen to your side of the story if something happens. They also have a rule where staff is NOT allowed to give out their personal numbers to residents and there are multiple people (mostly girls from what I heard) that have a staff members personal number and contacts them on a daily. They kick people out over small things and pick favorites with everyone. If you speak up about your opinions. prepared to possibly get kicked out for "being violent" or "being hostile" Do not come here unless you have nowhere else to go. Please.

They don’t like to solve problems properly and they are quick to put people out for no valid reason. And a man sexually harassed someone here the residents handled it n they put us out for it. But they didn’t report the police for the incident.
