This building does not have proper insulation nor do they clean before moving in a new resident. The staff pick and choose who they want to be friendly with. There are also staff there that will start issues between residents. If you address that staff for starting issues you will get threatened to be removed for being “disrespectful”. If you are written in a police report by yourself or with another resident and you don’t call them, you will get kicked out. That is not told to the residents when they come. And it doesn’t matter if the situation was out of their control or if you weren’t involved. If your name was on the report, you’re gone. If you have a roommate doing drugs in the rooms and you report it, they will take their sweet time at removing that person. When I first went there it was assumed I didn’t have a job and that I was lazy. Then when a staff heard that I was a pharmacy technician it’s “ohhh you make moneyyyy” mind you before that I was getting disrespected constantly by staff. I do not recommend going there. Go to a different place.

If anything delayed me and wasted my time. Never got the resources my family and I desperately needed. No one held my hand throughout any of it. I had to stay on them and for what? None of their services aided in anything for me. This is my very first experience like this and absolutely hit my “rock bottom” trying to evade it. If there are any resources for women coming out of DA relationships this one ain’t it! Someone please send me information as I’m still waiting and in need. So frustrated I put any faith into these people.

This is a valuable service to victims of domestic abuse, human trafficking, general crime and sexual violence. The staff here are amazing and prepared to advocate for and help the clients who reach out to them. They provide a multitude of services including criminal justice advocates, individual and group therapy services, shelter options, trauma services and so much more.
