Every since Christy Witt left this place has really done my poor sister and her husband dirty! My sister is battling stage 4 lung cancer and it has spread into her brain and Mr. Morton hasn't been paying their bills in 2 months because the company moved. Now my sister's internet is shut off because of it and now she is extremely worried about her power! My sister doesn't need this kind of stress on her at all!!!! I don't recommend this place to anyone for a payee at all!!!

This has been one of the WORST companies that I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I've been with them for over 5 years now and have only been able to talk to an actual person once and every single agent goes straight to voicemail and your call never gets returned, your emails get sent back unanswered, and Mr Morton never deposits all of your money whenever you get a raise!!! Just a terrible place!!!

You will starve before getting you money if using them as your payee. Your councilor will always be on vacation and never answer any emails. After requesting an address change for over 3 months mail continued to go to the old address.
