Someone need to report these people don’t want to help I waited 2 months for December 1 like the website was saying I check today now it’s say check back for updated information Tennessee suck they rather see people homeless

This service is a great key to community survival and is a big help especially during the holidays when the heat must stay on or the dead of summer when heat strikes occurs, assisting families in need , when funds are available and to the companies working in collaboration with them to sustain a healthy growing community ensuring organization oversee the help so desperately needed in these times , especially our veterans during a shutdown and some now not receiving back pay and the elderly with no relatives or your young mother or new marriage couple trying to keep their families together it’s heart breaking to know this agency doesn’t have funds and you could really feel the disappointment in not Being able to give that helps hand up to the families like the vast amounts of what they’re capable of 🥹.. csa I pray God solves this for u me and the communities you help , wish others could get a brief summary of how efficient and reliable you are if even once a year that one time, seriously kept 100s of thousands of people 🙂‍↔️families from giving up and we 🙏 you and your security guards are very important they are our 1st hello & last goodbye 👋,so thx to the team and release double the funds to csa

Last week I was told to apply online on the first Monday of the month for rental assistance! I was up EARLY to try and reserve a spot for help! I will be probably getting papers for eviction on THIS FRIDAY! I was not able to apply to even get a appointment. Because apparently you are on a time limit and they pick and choose who they wanna help. I was not informed of this time limit and was just told to apply at 8:30 am which I WAS ON THE SITE AND DOING MY APP AT 8:30! Now Im at risk of being homeless because I didn’t know or meet their timeframe for rental assistance and I don’t know any other company to go to. Unless you know how to beat time…I don’t recommend going to CSA.
