Community Medical Centers - West Lane

I’ve been a patient here for a long time, got tossed from one doctor to another so I don’t know who to expect. Appointments take 3 months. To get results you’ll have to wait another 2 months. If you need paperwork filled the doctors simply deny and say they don’t feel comfortable since they don’t know you. Well of course you don’t know the patients since you get assigned to new ones daily or the patient gets tossed around. Staff are very unprofessional but I mean they’re just trying to get that check. 🙆🏻‍♀️ Lastly but not least, you’d expect the doctors to keep tabs on your medical records but they don’t, you’re a stranger to them not a regular patient. So if you don’t want to feel like a stranger I recommend you look into better clinics around Stockton or do some research about private family doctors who only take a certain amount of patients.

Worst call experience! No clarity in voice, she was mumbling! No appointment availability, and no energy to take calls seriously! All I have to do a walk in for my mom. There are 19 CMC centers only in Stockton and none of them have an appointment for a needed patient.

I have been DIAGNOSED IN JUNE WITH TWO PARASITE INFECTIONS AND THEY STILL HAVENT DONE ANYTHING. IN FACT SHE PUT IN NY CHART THAT IM IN DENIAL.
