Community Medical Centers - Waterloo

I haven't had good experiences with the CMC Medical people since selecting their organization as my PCP. This is my second assigned location and it was shocking how rude and indifferent their employees behavior was. I had to wait over an hour past my appointment time. I have a prosthetic leg and can't walk on it too far yet, so when they finally called me into the back I was taken to the very farthest exam room (eight doors down). Then a PA comes in and asks what do I want, why am I there and says she's not going to be addressing some of my needs because she's not my PCP, so I've wasted a bunch of time!

We’ve been “helped” today by Diana Lopez . My mom had her appointment at 3 pm today and none of the receptionist could help her . When I got there 9 min after my mom she was trying to dismiss her saying that she did not had an appointment. Not until I got there and she said that her day of birth was wrongly imputed . Then they sent us home And the way she speak to us was so rude , careless and disrespectful. If you treat people this way clearly you are not ready to run a health business. Avoid this treatment at all cost

I went in for a first time appointment and it was open even when google said they were temporarily closed (don't know why it says that). The office was very on top of sending message reminders abut the appointment. It was Clean inside. The doctor who attended me listened very well to all my concerns and the medical assistant was very professional as well. They Handed me my follow up paperwork before I even left the room and explained everything thoroughly. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I didn't see the doctor I was originally scheduled to see but other than that I don't have an complaints about how I was attended.
