Community Medical Centers - Lodi Office

nowadays it’s all about paychecks and not treatment of patients!!! unable to get hold of over the phone and you need an appointment for everything even to see results of Xray, mri, lab etc. (other doctor offices will call you and tell you results and even send medication if needed.) This office needs an overhaul of the entire staff except Nurse Practitioner. appointments are months apart and doctor takes days to read a messages to switch medication or refill. been waiting 5 days now for a medication that wasn’t covered by my insurance and doctor still haven’t switched to a medication that is covered. pathetic!!!

These people are terrible, it’s sad, left us in the room while the office went to lunch… we walk out of room lights are off and no dr nurse or receptionist any where to be found. Zero stars Take your kids else where Appointment was at 10:30 we left office while they were on lunch at 12:05

My mom had scheduled an appointment for today 4/16 . She had to wait almost two months to see this doctor. Yesterday she received an appointment reminder with a date, time and address . when she arrived, the office told her she didn’t have an appointment! Also sent her to two other clinics saying it might be those clinics. And those two other clinics try to sent her back to the first clinic. They all blame each other. Sending her driving back and forth between Lodi and Stockton! This place is horrible!
