I had a very fruitful experience. My therapist was so nice and understanding. She put me at ease at all times. My life changed for the best after a while ; I was able to find my path in life with her help . I don’t have but words of gratitude for my therapist and for Amanecer . I had a beautiful experience . I recommend this place to anyone who is serious about getting help. They are very professional . I know that they try their best to help their clients. Thanks so much for caring…👆

Was referred to this place for mental health. Very disappointed on the way they run everything. They assigned me a male therapist when I requested a female therapist. I gave it a try and I felt uncomfortable, then I received an email after a few missed sessions, saying that I had to reach out before a deadline, which I did. When I called the front office they had me fill out a form to switch providers because I just felt uncomfortable with the one I had, 2 weeks and a half and I’ve heard nothing back from them. So I decide to follow up and they told me they had to have the case reviewed by someone else and they would give me a call. I received an email of termination of services, so unprofessional, they couldn’t even call to explain the reason why. I read the email and it says I failed to reach out before the deadline which isn’t true, so I forwarded the document I signed with the date stamp & finally they decide to call me and basically asked me if I spoke to my therapist about it, which is illogical since he’s the reason why I wanted to switch. No other questions asked they just told me to call intake and start the process over. Why bother giving deadlines when your own company doesn’t honor them. All these people need better training and better communication skills. So disappointed.

Because of this clinic failing to answer their phones in timely manner timely due process I lost my section 8. Has anyone else experience this same treatment here, they are completely despondent to any programs that are requesting release of information, completely despondent and combative . I am shocked that they're recognized by the county department of mental health and bears county seal/emblem. Currently filing with five different organizations to hold them accountable for misappropriation of time sensitive documents. NEVER AGAIN.
