If I could give them less than one star I would because they’re not even worth that. Although some of the people you speak to are friendly others like Jackie, are not and work very hard to make your experience with them as difficult as possible. If you or a family member need medical transportation it is my most honest genuine opinion to find ANYONE else. They’re unreliable with schedules and when mistakes are made do less than nothing to accommodate you or your loved ones.

Sheryl Craft was very helpful through the process so far. Wouldn't definitely recommend if you're facing issues with being homeless

Try to get help with my cell phone and disagreement that I'm having with TracFone being that I have lifeline tethering to my cell phone that way whether I'm home or whether I'm out and about at a doctor's appointment etc and should something happen they can find me well they don't have any services like that unfortunately so next up is off to the VA.
