Coeur D'alene Tribe - Stop Violence Program

Usually every department is very helpful however some of the ladies in enrollment always have an attitude. They never actually follow the hours they have posted online. I just called because I need a new ID for this weekend (it's Friday at 2pm), and the lady in enrollment was like "im leaving in 30 minutes" shocker! I don't know why these people are allowed to leave whenever they want. When I said I am coming from Spokane so I don't know if I would make it in time she said "well why didn't you come in earlier?" In a rude tone. Like why can't she just stay and do her job? I've literally driven all the way there before and they closed 4 hours early. Very unprofessional and rude. Like who raised you to speak to people like that? I guess doing your job is an inconvenience these days.

very unprofessional. judge entered courtroom in jeans a flannel and purple hair. my public defender clearly doesn't care about details or requests to my case. she has ignored every request and has dismissed my questions and concerns regarding court dates and procedures. i am native however I belong to a different tribe, still I am treated very poorly in court and do not feel like my case has been or will be treated with any amount of fairness to which the court room by law is held to. I'm very surprised and disappointed in this entire matter and suggest the coeur d'Alene tribal court "professionals" get their shit together if they ever want any type of respect.

Very professional employees and customer service is number one here.
