Wonderful local place for those in need. People work real hard, especially in the heat of summer! Will be donating more to the cause.

I am very grateful for this place, their volunteer, and the donors... I have a special needs 12 yoa little girl, I lost my job in July. Luckily I had some savings which is helping me to stay afloat with mortgage, car, insurance utilities etc. However if I don't find a job in the next month I will be in a very different situation. I am so so bless with this church and their prayers to help me find a job "I am a nurse so it's a matter of time before God fulfills his promise." I found this place by accident and God it has been a blessing. They have been feeding me and my child and if I get more than what I need I pass it over to my 65yoa mother. I want to thank everyone who is donating their time and to the stores who donate the food. Guys sometimes we don't think we will get to ever need to ask for help, for me I went to school to try to provide a good life for my baby, I don't get help from the government besides her health insurance and that's it. I have to tell you I am the person to go and volunteer at the food bank, red cross, meals for kids etc. So now that the tables have turned and I have to be in line to ask for food, it was a rude awakening and I felt like a big failure, but thanks to this places and all those angels helping those in need of we will come out of this successful.

I dont believe there distributing the food properly. Volunteers are rude. And im looking into getting thete funding pulled. They are abusing the system and not offering the fresh food to thete community. Only select few get the freshest of produce and other things. No milk or meat just molded fruit and veggies. Shame on you clear lake food pantry
