Took a friend their to speak with her rep. The lady at the front desk is not a good listener and is aggressive. She should be replaced with a more humble representative that will listen to the people's problems.

stated they would help with my gas bill said I was approved for funds they never paid them and now I’m in a bind with my gas bill.
