I was grateful to be able to have a place to stay, but some of the staff ( not all) were mean and didn’t really represent a “Gospel” mission. I was kicked out unfairly, but the person who did it was dismissed and is no longer there.

If you call the shelter number, you just get an answering machine. You can leave your info, but nobody will call you back. Walked 7 miles there to talk to someone and you just get handed the same phone number, and are told that nobody there can talk to you.

I was heading home from my mothers funeral and needed a place to stay for the night. I am disabled and have a service dog and was denied to let stay because I have a service animal. This breaks Federal law by denying me due to having a service animal. Not to mention discrimination. The Ada will be called Tuesday and a civil suit will be filed. You would think they would be educated on the law if they are running this kind of service.
