We had just lost our cat of 16 years and wanted to donate her food and anything else we had but the area was very confusing on were to go. I went up to two different doors which were locked and didn't have any sign except they will be closed on the holiday. We donated to Pet Supplies Plus instead.

I had a worst experience with them it’s showing on website they help low income people and my household income fall in low income but when I get there I print out all paper work I went there on Tuesday August 16th 2022 after reviewed my docs they refused to help me with my electricity bill which will be disconnect on Saturday on august 20th 2022 because I don’t have that much money to pay that bill because I have not loss of income that’s why they didn’t helped me I beg them at least help me for half of the amount but they refuse again I am in soo much stress I have two small kids where I will go if I lost the electricity.
They should write on the website that they help people only who lost the job or income.

I left here in real tear’s shook me a little. I took off work to try to receive assistance due to me covering my brothers funeral cost two months ago. I simply was turned down for not having an additional bank statement and a new lease. My complex won’t allow me to sign a new lease as long as it’s an balance. I only owe 1500 before I beg and be treated indifferent. I’ll work my self to death doing overtime to catch up. I see what’s going on it’s pretty evident but I know one thing for sure God see’s everything .
