Everyone I have worked with has been great but big shout out to Mr Lincoln! He truthfully is the greatest therapist out there super caring, understanding, and fun. He makes therapy fun but serious he connects with you as a person not as a client. I will most likely be using him after treatment as well great guy and great facility!

These people are amazing! They are honest, down to earth, actually affordable mental health professionals. I was so relieved to finally find a safe place to get some necessary help with adult life problems. Thank you so much for helping me to be happy again! You rock!

After going to Changes and feeling like i just visited a clown school. I went to Summit Community Counseling and spent $1500 for a diagnosis and Eval. Changes charges $80 they think i was upset for the cost. No, I found that for the cost you are ripping ppl off and doing more harm then good. Fact is you get what you pay for. The quality of therapy, diagnosis, and evaluation you recieve at changes is awful and is not worth it. I am glad i went and spent $1500 elsewhere after Changes for a 2nd diagnosis and eval by qualified caring practitioners. After doing so I realized just how big of a scam and fraud Changes actually is. My review here is purely in the hopes of helping others from wasting their time by even giving Changes a chance. The director Chris himself has some extreme mental health problems and is in no way, shape, or form qualified to be treating anyones mental health. I'm sure any response posted to this review from him or any staff at Changes will be complete slander and a violation of HIPAA with no factual statements of events that occured. I spent a total of 5 minutes talking to Chris before i realized how ridiculous, unqualified, and unprofessional he and his staff are. They are all highly medicated and have many issues themselves that they will not take accountability for.

At first I was super overwhelmed and didn't know how I was going to complete the recommended classes, but they are so flexible that I plan on finishing within a few months! The classes are really interactive. You are never just sitting through a lecture, the counselors really keep you involved so it's easy to pay attention and learn a lot. It's definitely not what I expected and I'm so happy for that! The staff is all so nice and not judgemental at all. Chris, the director, has even taken a lot of time just to talk to me and get to know me and has been extremely sympathetic of my situation. Thank you all so much! -Madison C

This place is AMAZING!! They're kid friendly and so so nice and professional. My therapist, Lincoln is awesome. He gets me. They don't judge you, and they care. The director Chris is amazing as well. He introduces himself to all the new patients and tries to get to know them. If I could give ten stars I would!
