I was homeless in Washington, D.C. between May 17, 2023 and October 4, 2023. This was the only homeless shelter I could find or I knew of in the +1 (202) area code. Several occasions they assisted me with lunch or dinner. One time I attempted to become a resident of the shelter. IMO I thought the shelter was changing management because I was trying to find shelter.

Christ people whom provide a very spiritual experience through giving shelter to Brothers yet, Sisters as a Men’s Sanctuary. Not turning anyone away from hearing the word & seeing it be applied. Operating on the spirit to whomever in need. When I found myself in cluster. Nature free spiritly laid a path & I received exactly what was needed. Great Brothers & Sisters Thank You 🦊

I mean ... If you have no Control over your life and your a drug addict and you want to be In jail with little freedom and want the same people to force God in your life than this place is for you . You MUST attend their church service 2 times a day. Or AA meeting and 1 church service and/or if your out of money and have no hope because you might rob or kill somebody .. Than this place might save you . Other than than that . I rather live on the street . I stayed here for 3 days and left . I can do bad all myself . YOU BEEN WARNED... I wish somebody told me before I went . They will also take pictures of you for their personal gain for their marketing purpose . They also take tides and offering at the end of their church service . I left in 3 days and rather sleep in the STREET. Its next to bein in jail . If you ever been locked up ... You will be reminded what it feels like... How does anybody like it here ? CHECK OUT ADAMS PLACE IF YOU NEED SHELTER! Wayyyyy better if you want to feel like a human and not a DOG and value any sort of freedom. This place was waste of time to me . Check in at 3pm and wait in a waiting room to 5pm for dinner and shower time . IM NEVER EVER going back ...NEVER ..not unless I been told I'm dying or something ... Even still I wouldn't want to waste last days here . They have the public donating to them ... Why are they taking tides and offering from people who stay here ????
