Long waits, psychiatrist is on a tv screen not in person, she didn’t do anything except fill out her paperwork about me. She did not listen to me at all. No help from this agency.

Staff is wonderful. Got me on the right track, with plenty of support once I left respite. Don't be afraid to call if you need them, that's what they're there for.

Don't waste your time. I tried calling the crisis line. Told how depressed I am and was thinking of hurting myself. After 5 minutes was told they have other calls and was left hanging. I guess they would prefer me dead.

Absolutely no help. Went two days in a row for my dad. All they did was ask the same questions. No follow up. No phone calls. Nothing! Complete waste of our time!
