Long waits, psychiatrist is on a tv screen not in person, she didn’t do anything except fill out her paperwork about me. She did not listen to me at all. No help from this agency.

Staff is wonderful. Got me on the right track, with plenty of support once I left respite. Don't be afraid to call if you need them, that's what they're there for.
