Cyndy rated 1 7 months ago They have such a high turn over rate which is sad because it shows the strain that is on our mental healthcare system. I was assigned a therapist in June. I had to take two separate days off of work to go in for their Open Access hours, the first day their appointments were booked, so I had to take another day off of work to go in and hope I had a chance of being seen. In August my therapist left, my case was not assigned to a new therapist and they discharged me. I took another day off of work again to go in and attend Open Access Hours and was denied services. When I called to see if there was anything I could do since I was already a patient that had no attendance issues, The secretary was unhelpful, I was sent over to Emily's voice Mail after I was told there were no appointments and hung up on. I left a voicemail with my contact information and I have called and left messages on others voicemail with absolutely no response. How can someone even begin receiving any sort of help when services are accessible? I have called and left numerous voicemails and have received no response in over a week. |
Giggles De goose (Mouse) rated 1 a year ago Terrible place to bring your children too. Their brand of therapy is guaranteed to keep you coming to them and get treated with disrespect. |

Christopher E rated 4 5 years ago My little sister does very well here but they drop people a lot. I've heard the counselors are very nice here and it's the best therapy in town just has a huge waiting list of people wanting to get in. |
