Very nice caring group. Food donations are good and very helpful to those in need.

How am I supposed to get any help when the "Operator" never answers and the mailbox is always full? And If I choose any other option, I'm sent to a voicemail, leave a message, and no matter how many times I call nobody ever calls me back! I guess y'all would rather see disabled homeless than help someone :'(

Could gibe more to a family of autistic adults and child for Christmas food. 1 bag of nonperishable for 3 adult sized ppl, who cant drive, was a very big disappointment. I was flabbergasted bc previpus x i went there on behalf on pregnant young mothers, capable of taking care of themselves, and driving to run errands, i received 3 bags of food, 2 bags of clothing. I asked for 3 winter coats, and she gives me 1 voucher for 1 outfit, i can buy the rest clothing at the catholic thrift store. Just 1 more reason, i continue to lose hope in relying on the Catholic religion i was raised in.

I placed two phone calls to Ramon Francisco, but after 3 days none of my phone calls were returned I made a visit to his office. I was told by Mr. Francisco, that there was no funding for housing and that they hadn't had any funding for Housing in years. I asked him if he new of any Agencies that could help and his answer was to call 211. I knew at that point he wasn't going to help me in any way.

Mr Ramon helped me in a professional quick s possible manner and was kind non-judgemental and made me feel like I was helping them rather than the obvious.Praise God for I did not have my rent. SSD was expired after one 2 wk check. God Bless them for being there in that temporary unforseen job injury.Bless you all and I will pay it forward!
