Catholic Charities of Baltimore, Esperanza Center

Well I am not calling here again! Just got off the phone with the operator at this center. When the lady answered the call she sounded cool, but that is probably how she trained herself to answer the phone. I said hello good afternoon she replied back with “what do you need? 😑I guess we are not being friendly. I asked my question and she sounded annoyed. I don’t understand why people get jobs that require you to answer the phone I mean you are the operator right.🤔

Very unprofessional and rude. I would not trust anyone with their type of bad faith attitude handling my case. Thank god I did not go through with it and I’m taking my case else where. Free or not clients and potential clients deserve respect and clarity. Their means of communication is super sketchy and unprofessional.

Please keep in mind that Esperanza Center will be closed indefinitely due to a fire next door. Budekes Paint store, which is located next to Epseranza Center, burnt down. Unfortunately Esperanza Center also suffered some damage including tons of smoke and water damage. It will open back up one day but we dont know when.
