It takes forever to get word back about anything. It took over a month to finally get stuff filed for a petition for alien fiancé and now that I finally have my fiance here it is impossible to talk to the individual I was working with. Ever since the beginning I've had to call and have radio silence many times before everything was finally put together and ready. Now that I need services again I called several times to get help and the receptionist told me the individual I was working with doesn't answer questions over the phone and hung up on me. Go somewhere where they have time to talk to you and wont disrespect you!
