Lisa Marks is an exceptional lady. When I was facing difficult circumstances, she not only connected with me and connected me with instant resources. Lisa checked in with me more than I could ever imagine. Lisa has the compassion for others, and that is so rare today. I not only had a connection for much needed help, but in Lisa, I had a great friend. I know that she went above and beyond my expectations. God bless you Lisa, you and Catholic Charities are an essential part of our community. You will always be remembered by me for helping others in their time of need.

Some of the people are nice over the phone and others are just useless for their job. So disappointing when calling up there. And that lady in the one office is extremely rude. A lot of people out here actually need help.
