I hate having to call here, the representatives are so rude and not helpful at all. When I call and have a question about my case I have every right too and expect to my have my questions answered! It is a child support call center! Only in California the only child support office, I had this problem getting basic information about my case, ridiculous!

Call center is no help. Hung up on me 2 times and gave no information. It has been weeks and zero information sent to me. I don't know what is happening with my case even though it was 100% agreed with the kids mom. Easy and all I've gotten it's it's in review.

Throughout my interactions with the Department of Child Support Services, I have encountered several challenges. In an effort to seek resolution, I filed a case in the Superior Court of California, County of Monterey (Case No: 22CV002308). The matter primarily involves concerns related to credit reporting discrepancies, which have impacted my financial standing, as well as the handling of intercepted tax returns without clear communication. Despite my ongoing efforts to gain clarity on these issues, I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution. these guys would not even deserve one star!
