I’m demanding justice from the Butte County District Attorney’s Office regarding the horrifying situation I returned home to—my apartment had been turned into a trap house in my absence. I found Tatum Nation, a toddler around 2–3 years old, alone with a person clearly under the influence, in filth, with no food or care. My home had been overrun by individuals involved in drug trafficking, child trafficking, stolen property, and other criminal activity. Despite reporting this—specifically naming Tamara Sly and the child’s mother—and having my phone confiscated as evidence, no real action has been taken. These individuals continue to operate in a neighborhood near schools. I was forced to flee for my safety after being targeted by organized criminals who took over my unit without any meaningful intervention from local law enforcement. The DA's inaction is unacceptable. This is a matter of public safety, and I will be reporting these failures to higher authorities to ensure accountability. What happened to Tatum and to me should never happen to anyone.

Watched the YouTube video from Bay Area Transparency. The staff acted incredibly unprofessional during the video. The boss Kyle Patterson has hopefully been fired at this point. She was the worst of all

I witnessed on Youtube, the ignorant (albeit cordial) behavior of public employees at the DA's office, who would rather inconvenience the constituents of Butte County, who they are duly sworn to serve, than admit they were wrong about an individual who was respectfully engaging in protected activity in a public space. Feelings are not law, policy is not law. Learn it, love it and your life will be much less complicated.
