When you put whole heart in the hands of someone else and must TRUST with everything you have left to fulfill your dream of becoming a parent, you do not do it without careful thought. When my husband and I chose to begin the adoption process, we went on the recommendation of a family who previously adopted their two beautiful girls with the help and support of Building Blocks Adoption Service. It was the BEST decision we ever made. Starting with our initial phone call, in which transparency about fees, procedures and timelines was given thoroughly, we knew that we would be heard, respected, treated with a gentle heart and supported through a positive adoption experience. There is no one size fits all when it comes to adoption, but knowing that we could communicate with Denise and the staff through email and set up additional communication opportunities as needed meant the world to us. Their attentiveness was top notch and they truly have a family-first focus for everyone involved. You cannot beat the entire staff! The paperwork required was provided to us in sections, so as to not be too overwhelmed. The home study assessment was great and we felt comfortable the entire time. Getting the notification that we were finally approved to adopt was one of the happiest days of our lives and the staff was just as excited and engaged in communicating adoption opportunities with us…and shared in our joy when our dream came true. They never stopped working for us, or our birth mother, even when we found ourselves in California to meet our miracle. As I write this, I am holding our beautiful baby girl! The TRUST my husband and I placed in the hands of Building Blocks Adoption Service (on top of our faith) got us to where we are today. I will not say the road doesn’t have bumps, but if you want the BEST to see you through every step of the way, Denise and the team at Building Blocks Adoption Service would be OUR choice again and again!

We are in the process of finalizing our baby girl's adoption through Building Blocks and have loved working with this agency. I put my son up through building blocks about 3 years ago! I can’t say enough wonderful things. While this was a very hard decision building blocks found me and incredible family. I am truly blessed to still see my son and get updates frequently even 3 years later! Denise the owner has been fantastic to work with.
