I sent over the documents to them and called BVU called to check the status for help on the lights and my power got cut off. They are no more Christian or want to help. Don't go here they will screw you over!

I came here years ago for help with an electric bill; the one and only time I’ve ever had to ask for help. I was taken into a room for an interrogation (interview). I provided all the requested documents and was accused of lying about my ex paying for a truck on Facebook pay (he paid half cash and $900 fb pay) he bought months prior with his tax money, even though I had all the proof. You have to have a vehicle to get to work… I was talked to like a dog and made fun of for having a panic attack(I have PTSD) I wouldn’t donate to this place whatsoever. You can absolutely deny people without treating them poorly.

“Have to have landlord file a request” yet my landlord literally wants to evict us after one month behind because I was diagnosed with cancer and they couldn’t really care less. Cool. Put it on the landlords to help people when it hard enough to ask for help. That’s weird as hell.
