I sent over the documents to them and called BVU called to check the status for help on the lights and my power got cut off. They are no more Christian or want to help. Don't go here they will screw you over!

“Have to have landlord file a request” yet my landlord literally wants to evict us after one month behind because I was diagnosed with cancer and they couldn’t really care less. Cool. Put it on the landlords to help people when it hard enough to ask for help. That’s weird as hell.

2nd time I asked for help in 5 plus years sent in everything called and 2 days before lights to be cut wanted more info was unable to get.so now without notice had dr note saying can’t work but wanted disability forms and laywer wasn’t in so was not helped yet again. I think they pick n choose where the government money goes kinda sad someone who fell hard times after years of being able to work and just needed help wasn’t able to receive it for the second time.
