Jeanette Williams rated 5 2 weeks ago I can't say enough great things about this place! From before I even came to Texas. I was living in kc, & was looking for shelter, due to a hit being put on my life, & carried through. Thank God I survived. With no where in kc to go I just started calling random shelters in other states. By the grace of God they accepted my daughter and I. Within 3 days of speaking with Ms Jazmin on the phone, to My departure that place was nothing short of a God send. All of the social workers (especially Ms Erica)😊were amazing. All of the workers from intake to the support staff was amazing! Ms Gabby, Ms Felicicia, Ms, Sonya, & anyone I'm forgetting ❤️while I was there from Sept20 - November 2020. The programs were awesome! I literally signed up for any and & all programs they were offering. Within 6 weeks my daughter and I were moved into our own place! We have been doing awesome since then. Their counselors are great! They even did follow up care for us for a year after!! Thank you so much Brighter Tomorrow's!! Yall saved our life! I'm forever grateful for all of🙏🏼🙌🏽❤️ yall!! The maintenance guys too!! |

Life with transitioning starts with positive attitude and greater faith to remain tunnel vision focused to work the steps they are guiding you through to become successful in the program they provide! I have been here only 3 days and I love it here and the staff is AMAZING! |
Cynthia Godina rated 5 2 months ago The staff at brighter tomorrow are so kind and helpful. Chores are basic just like at home. You get all the help and steps to get back on your feet. All up to us if we want to better our selfs. I’m grateful for all they did for me from case manager to staff that you all. |
Mary Love rated 1 4 months ago Not a good place the case manager does not return emails or calls then put families out with nowhere to go I didn't get any housing referrals when there they are openings for emergency housing vouchers available cat shouldn't be anyone's case manager especially someone coming from an abusive situation even if you do the footwork she doesn't help she comes to work whenever she feels like it she doesn't want to be a case manager she doesn't care they make you feel worse @ the Grand Prairie location is where I'm referring to this is my experience |
Leilani Nance rated 2 a year ago I was there some time ago. It is a good place to get away from an abuser. However I followed all of their rules. I even was on unemployment found a job. They kicked me out of the program and out of an apartment because I was able to work from home. Even met my boss who is a computer technician. The concept is wonderful but the staff isn't except for Ms. Gabby. |
