I'm giving this 5 star to Shandrika Pritchett! Y'all, I found out today that she will be leaving Bridgeway and I'm beside myself. I've battled severe mental illness since a young child and it wasn't until I was 37 years old that I found stability and that is thanks to Shandrika! I know so many people think poorly of Bridgeway and back in the day that feeling was rightfully so! But, they are progressing in the right direction and finding providers who truly listen and care. It's scary to live inside our heads and fight what we fight daily and most providers push us aside or give up on us and look, I get it! We are a mess at times but we need guidance and support or we can't make it in life, mental illness is that bad! I want to thank Bridgeway for finally realizing the issues and starting to make positive changes but I especially want to thank Shandrika for being the absolute BEST provider I've ever had! Miss Karen in the dui department has worked with me since about October and has been a pleasure to work with in making sure I took all of the steps to take care of some violations I had. I’ve had the pleasure of having two appointments at Bridgeway. Every person that I have had contact has treated me with respect and kindness. I have seen Ms. April via telehealth both times. She is wonderful, and professional. Very warm. Thank you!
