Everyone there was kind except for one Spanish guy who was giving out the tickets. What that man did made me cry for days. He made me feel really bad. I arrived at the pantry very early. It was extremely cold, so I stayed in my car like everyone else was doing because the cold was really intense. A woman arrived later. She speaks the same language as him, but I do not speak that language. She told him that she was there before me. I showed him pictures to prove the order of arrival, just so we could be clear about who came after me. He refused to give me a number, even though I showed proof that I was there first. What hurt me the most is that he gave a number to people who arrived after me, while I was crying and telling him that I had been there. I was crying because of how cold it was, and because I had stepped out to take my place in line. I barely sleep because I just had a baby — as you know, when you have a newborn, you don’t sleep. I kept telling him, “I was here, yes, I was here.” When I touched him just to get his attention and explain that I was there, he pushed me. I truly felt humiliated. It has been more than a week, and I still can’t stop thinking about it. I went there because I recently had a baby and I’m not able to work yet. I am the one taking care of my child.

Pantry and most of the staff are very good. The only problem which is a frustrating one and that is the line. You need to arrive 3 hours early to get a spot in the 1st 20 people to go in to have chance to get limited items like milk and eggs etc. Not only do you need to stand in line for hours it always seems you see one bag or person in front of you so you think you in 1st group just before they hand numbers out the one spot now has 10 plus people join the one spot it's not right then they ignore everyone acting like they don't understand what people are saying to them. I think numbers should be handed out to people as they arrive so people can't jump the line last minute. Anyways sorry to complain but it's frustrating

Got the turkey on the 21st and brought it straight to the freezer to freeze it. Check it out today at 8: 00 am this morning to defrost ... We got home at at 5:30 and the whole house smelled like a rotten turkey.. even after cleaning it still smelled rotten. He had to dispose of the turkey immediately...
