About This Service
The vision of the Bowie Mission is to feed the hungry, minister to the hurting and instill hope through the gospel of Jesus Christ. The Mission provides food, clothing, help with utilities when funds permit (limited to once a year due to limited funds), help with money for life essential medications, and provides diapers, shoes and school supplies for children when possible. There is also a furniture warehouse that has furniture and appliances for those in need, as they are available. In addition, the Bowie Mission is also a source for job listings (see website menu and also available at the Mission each Thursday). We also operate a food warehouse for the benefit of all faith-based organizations helping those in need in Montague county.

This place is a scam. They say they help with a long list of things but when you go there they only want to give you a little food and get you out of there way even though most of the churches in town give them money to help others with utilities and rent assistance And other emergency needs they do not follow thru with any of this and the gentleman I spoke with was a very sour and judgemental miserable soul. My family will 🙏 for them to find the path back to God. Sincerely Minister Santiago and TNT ministry we will continue to blow the devil away like a blade of grass in a storm

Fuel permitting, we always try to go there. They have a great selection of pretty much anything and the food they give you is not to bad either. 💜
