Was interested in getting my son in Pre K did an online application and a phone application submitted everything requested then just stopped getting responses. I called multiple times a week for 2 months and was ignored. Everytime I would talk to someone they would say they would call me back then surprise I'd never get a call back. Now my son who was excited for school isn't able to start school! What a joke.

If I could put 0 stars, I would. This agency is the worst! They have no care for children being fostered. Most of their staff are clueless, and don’t care to do their job.

I have made many attempts to apply for a couple of programs, such as first time home buyers as well as rental assistance with absolutely No assistance at all. I have No faith in this program, I've witnessed nothing but unprofessionalism & lack of respect for ones who are in need. Very disturbing that the Govt funds this type of thing. Pathetic to say the least! Fraud, completely! After more attempts Fraud, this program is simply nonexistance. Update I was assisted and more than I even expected. Greatful and Thankful. The program helped so much.

This place is awful and the staff is awful. They are so unprofessional and unorganized. I can’t believe they are trusted with government funding. Scary
