After declining the protections order it was still filed and not even signed by a judge my husband is now sitting in prison for 10 yrs.. either bexar county or Kendall county has messed up I’m not able to get compliance from no one.? I have the supposedly protection order that was filed unsigned by a judge. I am about to take this this to an attorney news and let them what wrong y’all did law suit will be filed

I appreciate what these people are trying to do but I’m so upset with how they go about dealing with the people who need help. I spent 6 mounts with two try’s to get a PO against my harasser. The first try I was told that I didn’t have enough evidence (very rudely and cruel) by the office manager after waiting 3 months with no response. The second time I had video evidence of the person watching me sleep and was finally expected. Even after being accepted I’ve been treated rudely by the state attorney handling my case and have not been followed up with on anything. I wasn’t even told my first court appearance was rescheduled causing me to take work off and go up to court just to find out I didn’t need to. I asked someone to file a claim with the victims compensation and feel like they probably didn’t even do it considering I’ve never got a letter with a claim number. Thanks guys for making this process that’s already stressful. 10x more stressful Edit: I have still not received any info on my protective order or on anything else I filed can no one do there job here?

We all know these are fake reviews. You all laugh at our pain and our childrens pain. The minute we ask how you would feel if it was your kid, they run and grab the good for nothing mall cop working there. Stop wasting your time trying to get help here. They are useless. In the time I was sitting there waiting to be called so many women left upset!! This whole system is designed to bring more money to the family court system! They basically said that i have yo put my daughter in danger and wait for her to be hit again .. they are a joke. This whole system is a joke. Not voting for tbis man anymore. Family code needs to change!!! It protects abusive parent's!
