Belton Police Department: Victim Services

It’s unfortunate that the Belton Police Department is unwilling to enforce the law and ticket people who dump an entire U-Haul of garbage at 3am in full view of 58 Hwy and Chipotle. Seems like it would be easy money for the city.

I don't understand why I would have to go to the jail to put money on an inmate's account so they can get a pin number and then call?? Where's the online site where you can do it online, for calls, commissary, like Cass County Pettis County have. They're not doing visitation cause of COVID, why isn't there an alternative it's been 2yrs. O and what really got me was when I asked who the phone service provider is for the inmates, answer "I don't know". ????????
