Play try harder to keep your kid rather than help you get him or her back. Their drug testing has to be manipulated I failed two for meth but not amphetamines I asked for confirmation they do not do a chain of custody which legally cannot be used against you in court and yet they're doing it

Once again having another set of issues with DSS. This time is with CPS. There have been ongoing complaints with cps here in bedford co dating back for years and years. My particular case involves false and misleading reports made by my mother that I have neglected my granddaughter whom I've had custody of since she was a year old. I've always been told by everyone I come in contact with and that knows me amd my granddaughter that she is lucky to have me and how well mannered she is and how great I'm doing with her. Always clean. Always fed. Always taken care of. I fell on hard times due to medical issues last year and it's caused me to not be able to work since the beginning of the year. So I fell behind on my bills and rent. Well my mother decided to make these allegations and stir up trouble for me because of am unrelated issue. She was angry. She made a ficticious report of neglect. Now the cps worker that came to my house looks like she's barely out of high school she made contact with me at my home and seemed to be fine. Then tells me she wants to do a home visit so that the car can be closed out. OK fine. My house is far from prestige condition but I wanted her to come at an undisclosed time so that she could see what It looked like on a normal day. So ahe pops in and I let her look around. OK them on the way out the door she tells me she wants a drug screen from me.... FOR WHAT? I have e explained to her that in 2012 I had completed drug court and that was before my granddaughter was born. Never had a dirty screen for them. Wouldn't be where i am in life without having learned what i learned in drug court. I faught hard to get my life back and at this point I already know how corrupt the town of Bedford is. I have heard stories about CPS and the numerous false positives that they have had and how those people lost their children. I actually made a review on Bedfod co social services about how rude and how they put my case in the hands of soneone who was training and my benifits that i so badly needed was delayed for over a week after my verifications were in. I was hesitant at first and told her to leave my house. Then I thought better of it and decided I withhold just take it and be done with the whole thing. So I attempted to do the urine screen snd couldn't go with her in there watching me. I tried. So then she days ohhh. Well I have a mouth swab. So I did that and say they're for 10 mind with the swab in my mouth, rubbing it around in my mouth like she told me too. Knowing you I already feel offended and didn't want to do the test to begin with..but I did it anyway..well she's waiting for a result and she waits and waits and she'd bearing down on the test itself trying to get all the saliva out of it. She then said it's inconclusive.... ??? Ok that's it. So you are expecting a dirty screen and when you dint get the dirty result you call it inconclusive. Them proceeds to calm me days later and says I need to come into the office to screen again!!! Are you kidding me? Not only is the report of neglect a complete lie, but now your continually going to harrass me for repeated screens when the report never mentioned drugs. So you gave no evidence of neglect or abuse, you have no reason to cilontinually harrass me for screens just because I told you about something I did 13 years prior. I will sue the shoes off of Bedford Co.Dss. I will never stop fighting for my child. Yes I said my child because I am the only person wjo has ever showed up for her consistently and provided for her. Not my mother, not my family, Not anyone! I plan on making my mother answer for the report as soon as the case is closed. Watch these ppl. They are not fair and they try to make you think that everything is great but behind closed doors. They have their own agenda O . .
