With a shut off notice from Delmarva, being told they sent a pledge to keep services on, Delmarva has no record of it so my shut off notice remains and no one answers here! I have called several times, all I get is classical music and occasional ringing and right back to classical music. This is ridiculous!!

I'm a Catholic who is involved in Lay Ministry.
This entire organization is extremely rude, short, cold, hard-hearted, condescending and judgemental... EVERYTHING Christ absolutely LOVES... NOT!
They'll GLADLY take your hard-earned money via the "Annual Diocesan Campaigns", but when it comes to "charity beginning at home"...
My in-person experience on Thursday afternoon, October 30, 2025, was so revolting I don't even want to talk about it anymore! 🤮🤮🤮🤮
I already started spreading the word to other desperate souls.
I have the right mind to contact the Bishop. It's either that, or I pull my Annual Campaign donations starting in 2026.
