Was supposed to have an appointment today at 12pm. They refuse to send appointment info until it comes as a text message and now it is the time of my appointment and I cannot even contact anyone because they dont answer the phone. I waited weeks or this appointment for it to not occur with no conversation.

Maybe their hands are tied but I'm appalled. Upon inquiring if they accept insurance, they stated yes. Once I told them my provider and they said it's one of the few providers they don't carry. I requested to self-pay and they said because they know we carry insurance they wouldn't be able to make an appointment with us that self-pay is only an option for customers without health insurance. They clearly aren't in the business of helping people and at minimum aren't interested in making money. Your best bet is to reach out and lie about having health insurance.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. I never even got to the point of the provider. The front office lady Kim is very rude. 1)My first call we had set up and appointment and I had asked her if she could find out what my copay would be. She told me she would find out. After not hearing back for a week I contacted them again only to find out that she not only forgot to put my appointment in for my son but she never found out about my insurance. 2) I asked for a provider that would be in acworth as this is closer to me. She said sure only to have her call me back and tell me the one she put me with was in Marietta and that if I wanted the new one for Acworth it would be further out after already needing to push it out from her first mistake she made. 3) The day before my son’s appointment I get a call telling me my insurance was not able to be used and that I would need to change it or pay out of pocket. 4) She told me I lied when I said I asked several times about insurance and then told me that maybe I should have called to figure that out. For someone who is trying to help their son with their mental health this is the worst place to go. I can’t believe how I was treated before I even got to see a provider. To me I will take this as a blessing from god. To others I don’t recommend this place at all.
