I just got off the phone with a lady who returned my call and she was being very rude when all I was inquiring about was my water and electricity bill and she was very uncaring and flat out said that they don’t help pay Plano water bills and Cirro energy. Basically, I feel they are very useless in times of need for many people if that’s how they talk to people over the phone. 🙃

The people who work there are very nice, and helpful. All went well for what I needed.

These People that work here are a blessing. They have assisted me and my son more than they know. Very punctual and to the point. Sitting outside in tears because of their pure kindness. I’ve got way more good things to mention, but I’ll leave it at that.
