The administration for this office makes the whole program look illegitimate. I have a court order to attend classes so there’s no reason for me to complicate or make things more difficult. Getting started was fine. Fast forward about five months and I’ve now been calling trying to get correspondence regarding my account status. They told me I would receive a call back or an email but that never happened. Finally, the office staff told me that there were no more courses listed on my account so I was seemingly finished with everything. I ended up finding out in court that I was NOT done with the requirements. I called the office immediately asking about it and magically they now had records on my incomplete status. I scheduled my follow up appointment, and was asked to pay over the phone immediately, which I did. They also specifically told me I wouldn’t have to do a urine analysis. When I arrived the first thing, they said was that I needed to do a urine analysis. -__- like seriously? I specifically asked weeks in advance for that very reason. To make matters worse they told me that I was not finished paying for my courses and I would need to make another three installments to complete everything. That’s close $600 + the intake that I was never informed about. Also, the fact that I had already paid and then was asked to pay more is super sketchy. At the very least they can provide you with the prices ahead of time so you can make an informed decision and plan ahead. Pretty standard business practice for anyone offering these types of services. I feel like I’m being taken advantage of and I don’t know what I can do about it. Just read someone else’s review and sounds like they were also having similar monetary complaints. Please beware Karma

This Company Does not take Medicare, I informed personell about the mistake and was returned with sass and proper unprofessionalism , Red Flag 🚩
