No one ever answers phones. And when you do call during business hours you are led to an automatic messaging system where there is no option to leave a voicemail even if it says there is one. I’ve tried multiple times to leave a voicemail to reschedule and the system hangs up on me. I have also had multiple times where they would change my appointment date and time without telling me when I already changed my work schedule (I work with patients so it is very difficult for me to move it around). Dr Mian is a great doctor but her supportive staff needs work.

They NEVER answer their phones. I’ve waited over 40 minutes on hold and nobody ever answered me.

Kemi is helpful usually and I'm not sure if the place is busy or what but sometimes the phones when you call them aren't answered. Just leave a voicemail.
