I am trying to go online to my account but have forgotten my username and password. Website said you can call 1855 number but are sent to message due to high volume calls they can’t take my call. There are people who can’t use website due to being a senior or someone with a disability. It is the job for these people to follow the American with disability laws. They are obligated to comply .

Your website and phone system are among the most garbage to exist. Literally would think that a government funded program would have a better system for people to access. I am trying to help my mom with her benefits and using all of her info provided on the letters YOU send and it's not allowing me to log in, to reset the password ONLINE. Ok I will call in, when I do your garbage IVR system says that there is no CASE under the CASE NUMBER THAT YOU GUYS PROVIDE in the letter you sent to her. What a waste of time honestly.

While the process was fast since my brother and I along with our mom were the first people there, the front desk clerk had the worst attitude I've encountered. When I was explaining the reason why I was here, he cut me off and said "why am I here?" Then I finished the rest of my sentence then said "how can I help you today?" I just wanted the problem resolved. Once my brother jumped in to help me since it seemed like he didn't understand me, he still had an attitude for when he asked if we were new applicants and I said "no we are renewing" that's when it seemed like I pissed him and he said to me "youre contradicting yourself bro" I'm not his bro and this level of unprofessionalism should not be tolerated here. Please train your staff better and maybe not cut someone off mid sentence. The saying "it doesn't hurt to be kind" applies very well to this review. I understand that being there super early is stressful and having to deal with people on a daily basis that early is understandable to cause someone to be angry but it doesn't mean that you have to be a negative person for every person that comes in.
