My children have been in Angels Care for 3 plus years. I have a son who has special needs. They have been there through the whole process with my family. In the beginning, when he started in their care he had a colostomy bag and has had multiple surgeries and a lot of medical needs. As a single mother of three. This was IMPERATIVE to continue providing for my family. I also have a daughter there. Both of my children love the teachers and staff. One of the two will be ending her journey here at angel's care learning center and moving on to kindergarten elsewhere. I will be adding an additional little human to my family come November 2022 and he as well will be enrolled in the infant class in January 2023. We were transplants to Austin, and new parents. Trusting your child to anyone or any organization is extremely difficult. I called a lot of different daycares, it’s surprising how many did not answer or call back and how many of them gave an attitude when they answered the phone. When I called Angels Care I initially spoke with Ms. Patricia, she was warm, heard how emotional I was to be sending my only child to daycare. She shared a story about her own children and shared that she too sent her children to Angels care. She and Isly gave me and my husband a tour, we met the Chef Esmalda, who was so kind. All the staff welcomed us, reminded me I could call anytime, and shared they too would call if something came up. My experience with Angels care has been incredible. Everyone there does a great job from the directors down through the entire staff. They helped our foster child heal and get some great socialization. They were understanding to her needs and helped us all with her transition. She took a minute to adjust and then came home happy every day. At drop off and pickups all the kids we saw looked happy to be there!
