I stayed there a long time ago and it was nice to keep from the rain and snow and stuff but the staff was highly rude except for one guy his name was Paul but everybody else was super rude to me. Not to mention even if you go there for one night you're not allowed to talk to any of the men. And if they saw you associating with the men you get kicked out immediately. But that's not my story. One day in the 30 days that I stayed there I was bunked with this lady and while you're staying there there isn't allowed any food in the rooms but she brought food into the room and put it in my drawer and the next day we had room inspection and I was kicked out because of it. The part that really messed me up was they wouldn't even let me explain what happened. Their services with the same thing every night and I don't know how one night this pastor that came to visit the shelter that was preaching that night was talking about lambs and sheep me and one of my friends were so confused we were laughing during the entire thing we could not control it. But the moral of the story is is that I was Christian and now I'm pagan. I don't blame it on them but I kind of do but at the same time I wouldn't change a thing going away thank rescue Mission for making it easier on me to never go back. But to the people that are staying there good luck!

As an active participant, I know first hand that this establishment follows the principles of Faith based sober supportive housing. The Rescue Mission has given me the safe haven to prioritize the area's in my life needing improvement. With the supportive staff here I have been able to regain a respectable place within the community and am working hard to become an active member. With the donations from the community my needs where met while saving my financial resources. I am beyond grateful for this experience, seeing how these resources also assist my peers, and watching the community actively working to improve our population as a whole. Stop by, sharing a meal, or a prayer! God bless
