Anchorage Birth Center

I recently had the privilege of welcoming my second child at the Anchorage Birth Center under the care of Rachele, CNM, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience. From the midwives and nurses to the birth attendants and support staff, every single person at Midwifery and Women’s Healthcare made me feel safe, seen, and supported throughout the entire process. I have never trusted my medical providers more than I trust the team at MWHC — they are truly angels on this earth. If you are looking for compassionate, expert care for your birth experience, look no further. I give them 10 out of 5 stars and recommend them wholeheartedly.

I feel like all of my concerns were heard and they were proactive and offered solutions. I didn't have to wait months and months to get an appointment like other offices. Dont sleep on this place if you just need primary care and annual exams. AND THEY OFFER PAIN MANAGEMENT FOR IUD INSERTION.

I switched over to Anchorage Birth Center in my third trimester, and was so thankful I did! The midwives are so warm, knowledgeable, and wholistic in their care. It was a delight to interact and work with all their staff from the front desk, midwives, medical assistants, and lactation consultant. My birth experience was so peaceful and exactly what I had hoped for. I can’t recommend this birth center more highly!!
