I received excellent service and care at this facility.I have been here several times and they have always been very kind and supportive.

I brought my baby in to be seen for a diaper rash and had a very disappointing experience with DR ROSENFELD When she first entered the room, she did not examine my child and said, “She’s not undressed, just prescribe the cream.” After briefly looking at the rash, she stated, “This isn’t worth discussing,” and abruptly left the room. As I was leaving, I told her that her behavior was very rude. She responded by telling me I was “mad” and then followed me into the hallway, pointing her hand in my face and continuing to speak to me in a dismissive and confrontational manner. I came in seeking care for my baby and left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. This was not professional or appropriate behavior from a medical provider.

they can be pretty disorganized and even rude, but some of the staff are great. But they canceled my appt twice, and then said I was the one who cancelled it (although I confirmed them, weirdly enough). Shoulder pain for a long time, & getting a little irritable that I have to call them 3-4 times a week to make sure things are progressing
